我们针对Web应用程序的DevOps流程将删除当前插槽并创建一个新插槽，然后进行Web部署。

问题在于创建新广告位后的某个时间； Web部署任务失败，因为Kudu站点域没有DNS记录：-.scm.azurewebsites.net。

当我尝试对该域-.scm.azurewebsites.net进行ping或使用全局ping服务时，没有DNS记录。

如果我们再次尝试该过程（删除插槽并重新创建），则问题通常会消失。
