我在laravel7上安装了一个Vue。但是npm run dev会出现此错误：

我安装了跨环境，清除了缓存，重新安装了node_modules，安装了webpack，但是它们不能解决我的问题。

我解决了这个问题： npm安装webpack-cli npm安装 npm install --dev或npm install --only = dev
