您可以使用func application(_ application: UIApplication,didReceiveRemoteNotification userInfo: [AnyHashable : Any],fetchCompletionHandler completionHandler: @escaping (UIBackgroundFetchResult) -> Void)获取通知数据，但是在进行通知或注册UNUserNotificationCenter时，必须先使ViewController成为didFinishLaunchWithOptions(:)的委托。

第1步 让您的AppDelegate成为UNNotificationCenter的代表

 func application(_ application: UIApplication,didFinishLaunchingWithOptions launchOptions: [UIApplication.LaunchOptionsKey: Any]?) -> Bool {

第2步 获取您的信息
