服务器到服务器zip文件上传

我们正在尝试编译文件，并将文件以zip格式通过其提供的URL和凭据上传到供应商站点。 URL和凭据在脚本中。但是不会发生文件传输。我们正在Windows Server 2012 R2服务器上通过任务计划程序运行此程序。没有为出站或入站配置防火墙。服务器上的防火墙已禁用。
